Being a newbie

Being a newbie in a work place can be sometimes intimidating, well if not scary.  In some places they turn to make you look like ‘’yes, you are a fool’’. Well ive got a story to tell.

Not so long ago ave got employed at one of the most high rated media companies in south Africa, and so far I can tell you I am freaken enjoying each and every minute of it.  It is not everybody that’s gonna tell you that they enjoy what they do. Some of the places make newbies look and feel like they do not belong.

Well maybe it is an initiation things that most colleagues turn to do to newbies. Finding a new job is not easy at all let alone having to learn what is what and how is what operated. People turn to turn a bling eye to this newbie thing, but hey it is a huge issues and it is also like any other important issue.

Newbies are supposed to given proper time to learn e few things. When they are given a high time they turn to end up doing wrong things and not delivering the work.  People enjoy being you and enjoy loving what do. Be free and set your mind free. Allow yourself to learn and be criticized.

Taxi drivers- Million lives in their hands

When it comes to taxi drivers, there is no telling what could happen. For people who are always on the road they sure know their ways of getting to a certain point within a limited time.  People who are always using taxis know hard it is to be traveling using a taxi. Some taxis are not road worthy yet they are still operating carrying people’s lives. Many lives are lost due to the negligence of taxi drivers.

Using a taxi it does not mean those who are using their own cars are safe. But all it means that they also face hard times with taxi drivers always wanting to overtake them in a hurry not thinking.  All it matters is that they get to their destination and not other drivers. People turn to rate taxi drivers bad but to be honest we should also give props to those that are driving properly.
