Being a newbie in a work place can be sometimes
intimidating, well if not scary. In some
places they turn to make you look like ‘’yes, you are a fool’’. Well ive got a
story to tell.
Not so long ago ave got employed at one of the most high
rated media companies in south Africa, and so far I can tell you I am freaken
enjoying each and every minute of it. It
is not everybody that’s gonna tell you that they enjoy what they do. Some of
the places make newbies look and feel like they do not belong.
Well maybe it is an initiation things that most colleagues
turn to do to newbies. Finding a new job is not easy at all let alone having to
learn what is what and how is what operated. People turn to turn a bling eye to
this newbie thing, but hey it is a huge issues and it is also like any other important
issue.
Newbies are supposed to given proper time to learn e few
things. When they are given a high time they turn to end up doing wrong things
and not delivering the work. People enjoy
being you and enjoy loving what do. Be free and set your mind free. Allow yourself
to learn and be criticized.
